Cancellation Policy
  • Questions about trips, terrain, or hazards: email us and allow up to 24 hours for a detailed response.
  • Cancellations & refunds: call 956-969-2475, Tuesday–Friday 9:00–5:00.
  • Full refunds issued up until 4 PM, Thursday, February 15.
  • Cancellations up until 4 PM, Thursday, March 1 issued at 50%.
  • No refunds for cancellations or no-shows after March 1.
Directions

Weslaco sits on US-83 (Expressway 83) between McAllen and Harlingen in the Rio Grande Valley. The host hotel is just off the expressway on South International Blvd.
